For my beautiful sister

Today it is my 1 year anniversary with my gorgeous boyfriend, Mchandsomepants.

This is his input for the day....

We didn't feel like doing much today so we drove down to the shops and bought a shake pancake mix and some choc chips to add to it. Too much chocolaty pancake goodness!

Here is Mummy reading the Sunday paper. It's beautiful and sunny outside today but it is quite chilly. Nice day for a picnic! I can't wait til winter is in full swing.

I've started reading Frankie Magazine again. I don't know why I stopped in the first place. After I read it I feel the urge to be creative...this feeling lasts about 1 day. This is the poster I got with the latest issue.

She is an australian artist who draws beautiful images of ladies. She has a blog, you can find it here.
I bought a really nice ring from Sportsgirl the other day.

I'm really liking rings with massive stones in them now. I shall become a collector. Actually I ordered one on the internet the other day, so I'm eagerly awaiting it's arrival :D

This is all (a lot) for today. I'll keep more coming!
Sending trucks and trucks of love to you my dear. Hope to see you soon
Miss you!

Sex and the City underwear range at Target (aus). Surprisingly cheaper then I expected, especially with the sale this week! I HAD to buy 2 pairs of knickers after work. Perhaps I will layby some bras next week :)

How exciting.

just painted my nails.

Heck yes

Just bought myself that Samantha Wills ring I wanted. I realized after paying for it with my visa I probably could have gotten it somewhere in the City after my interview tomorrow and not have had to pay for postage :(

Oh joyous day!

big sister has had her heart ripped in two. She is on the other side of the world. I need to hug her.

So beautiful

Lykke Li & Kings of Leon

here are the items I bought the other day.

I probably won't even use my new clutches but I couldn't say no to $14 (black) and $7 (pink).

My shoes arrived at the store today (they are only for work so no biggy) AND I got 2 calls for interviews! However, I have to decline one as it is too far to travel! ...and the lady sounded mean.

I celebrated by buying new things at Sportsgirl ON SALE! perhaps some images later.

missed calls from work - I guess they were desperate, I gave in. I'm going to scan and bag your purchases.

so much

for my sleep-in. Oh well, more time in the day to read my new Frankie :)

I live with this girl. She is by far the strangest person I know but I love her like she was my real sister - even though she doesn't know it.

Finally got the internet working again. Have been doing Stocktake at work for the past 3 days. Now it is time to take a break and watch season 5 of Six Feet Under - I think the guy at the video shop was just as excited as I was, for me to watch it. I've already devoured a WHOLE block of marble chocolate - oops!

I took a picture of the sunrise this morning at 6AM from out my window but it didn't turn out so good because of the fly screen. Just pretend you are looking at some beautiful colourful image, will you?

I bought my Vogue Living. Home from work. I am suddenly in such a shitty mood. I can't even be bothered to read my favourite Blogs!!

I had the weirdest thought in bed the other night. I wondered how many birds die each day from trying to sit on the train power lines? are they even affected? Have they ever tried?

buy this Samantha Wills ring - $89aud

I need to be more creative

Really want the new Vogue Living magazine.

So, this morning I have had the burning desire to travel. I want to live in New York for maybe 2 months (so does everyone else on the planet) but I want to live in Copenhagen for a year - Of course, I have to if I want to keep my Danish Passport. The Danish are the nicest and most beautiful people in the whole world.

Tonight I am missing my sister kitty, Pepper. I looked after her for the past 2 months and we became bestest of friends. We watched TV, DVD's and even Facebooked together.

night lights

I haven't used my fairy lights in a long time. I decided I should tonight.

Some images from my trip to Denmark earlier this year with my father.

Meatloaf makes everything better in the morning.

I can feel it coming

It's quite chilly this morning, which can only mean one thing - Winter is on it's way!

Thursday, May 6, 2010

Just saw this on someones blog - WHAT are you doing Kraft?? Bring this to Australia! or send me a free sample...

Like a prayer

Just watched Glee - Madonna special. Those kids are amazing

This afternoon I caught 20 minutes of Oprah talking about the 70's massacre by Jim Jones. If you have never heard about it you should definetly look it up, but be warned - It is very disturbing.

easy peasy japanesey

Fret less - Interviews are easier then you think. Good Luck to me!

When I get the job (positive attitude) I will have to buy season 5 of Six Feet Under - I'm excited.

Today you are you

“Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.”

- Dr Seuss
I'm pretty sure every woman on the planet is gearing up for the sequel to Sex and the City - I know I am. If you haven't seen the newest trailer then you must go do it now! Aidan has returned, I'm so in love.

John Corbett - my kind of man

One Art

The art of losing isn't hard to master;
so many things seem filled with the intent
to be lost that their loss is no disaster.

Lose something every day. Accept the fluster
of lost door keys, the hour badly spent.
The art of losing isn't hard to master.

Then practice losing farther, losing faster:
places, and names, and where it was you meant
to travel. None of these will bring disaster.

I lost my mother's watch. And look! my last or
next-to-last, of three loved houses went.
The art of losing isn't hard to master.

I lost two cities, lovely ones. And, vaster,
some realms I owned, two rivers, a continent.
I miss them, but it wasn't a disaster.

--Even losing you (the joking voice, a gesture
I love) I shan't have lied. It's evident
the art of losing's not too hard to master
though it may look like (write it!) like disaster.

wait for you (demo) - Lisa Mitchell

The sun hardly came out today.
Sky, me and the moon, watch the time fly by.
Oh I will, oh I will wait for you. Cause freedom, yeah freedom is no use when freedom is you, and I will wait for you.

I will wait for you.
